Overview

With roots dating back to 1972, NexGen Crane and Rigging built itself on an unflinching work ethic and pillars of honesty, safety, and excellence that stand firm today. They represent the best of the best in their industry, and we knew that a longtime strategy for success needed to highlight the company culture. Their projects are larger than life, but so are the people behind the brand.

Our Approach

By showcasing company safety efforts, we displayed NexGen’s unwavering commitment to keeping safety and professionalism at the helm of what they do. Content from the Safety Days that NexGen hosted for its employees highlighted industry-specific training, but also safety training for things beyond the crane cab like CPR and general first aid. Content revolving around awards from SC&RA (Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association) showcased the intentionality and concern put into jobs and the achievement of a record 10,000 man-hours without injury or incident. 

Through employee testimonials, we displayed the passion and excitement that NexGen employees have to wake up and go to work. Going to a job isn’t a burden and co-workers feel more like family. This speaks to the unique experience and culture that NexGen creates. What better way to display the strength of your team and company culture than hearing it directly from the source?

Hearing from customers that NexGen takes care of business, is timely and accommodating, and always goes above and beyond shows their commitment to consistency and excellence. By adding these customer testimonials to their social media platforms, we are able to establish trust for future business. 


Next Steps

Highlighting company culture and including storytelling of the people behind the brand remain a key part of our strategy with NexGen moving forward. Elements like local volunteer opportunities, more employee-centric content, and community engagement will help NexGen to increase employee retention, continue to build their employee base, and attract new business. 

The sky is the limit for NexGen Crane and Rigging (literally) and we’re excited to continue telling their story.
