Overview
JC Hamm & Sons has been doing an exceptional job of serving customers since 1952. Unfortunately, a large chunk of their business was from repeat customers and an aging demographic. And the “big box” marketing agency (no names!) they were using did little for their digital presence and provided even less in customer service.
Enter WolfeCo.
While JC Hamm is mostly known for HVAC installations and repairs, they have since entered the gas fireplace, blown insulation, and generator spaces since we began our work with them in 2024.
By building them a new website, creating and distributing engaging content, working with their team to learn the industry, and giving the brand a whole lotta love, things are looking pretty good for JC Hamm.
Companywide, metrics are pointing up, including revenue, number of installs, and overall jobs. They also rank number one on Google for most search terms associated with their products, services, and industry in The Shoals area (Florence, Muscle Shoals, Tuscumbia, Sheffield, Killen, Rogersville, Russellville).
